Dear Christian Family Believer,
God bless and prosper you in the powerful name of Jesus
Christ.
Well! We begin a new year 1999 with great expectation
and believing that God will work within our hearts and
lives to do of His good will and pleasure as recorded
in Philippians 2:13.
The Christian Family Fellowship Ministry and it's work
has grown tremendously during 1998 and the possibilities
have only just begun.
Our SMS Tape list has doubled during 1998 and for the
month of December, we sent out 3160 teaching tapes. Almost
daily, we receive requests to get on our tape and newsletter
list.
We plan to expand the monthly newsletter to include articles
from other CFF teachers such as the [one
in this newsletter by Rev. Wayne Clapp].
At some point, we will do a magazine that will include
several articles plus news across the country. On January
15-17 the trustees will be meeting with several CFF leadership
to begin formulating the" Christian Family Teaching
Series", which will become a learning resource for
those who want to learn more of God's Word and desire
to increase the power of God in their lives.
I believe 1999 will be a year of even greater material
abundance in that we will have the finances to employ
several people that will be able to minister on a full
time basis and help me with the oversight of the ministry
and the many projects that are in the planning stages
at this writing.
When we first began Christian Family
we had no idea that we would develop so quickly to the
point we are today. Am I surprised? Yes and no; I wasn't
surprised because I knew that God called us to move on
this thing and I knew He was in it. Yes I was surprised
because God always surprises me with how He moves within
the hearts of people.
Thank you for your continued prayers and believing for
the Christian Family Fellowship ministry and your free-will
hearts to give financially to support it's work.
Mary Lou asked me the other night as we were driving home,
"are you blessed with what we are doing, do you wish
you would have just kept working for Mike Magel and not
had all the pressures of the ministry to deal with?"
My answer was YES! Because I could not have withstood
the pressure of not doing anything to help God's people
when I saw so much hurt and need. Mary Lou said, GOOD!
I just had to ask and know for myself.
God never promises you easy street, but He does promise
you victory, life more than abundant, and life eternal.
We are believing the year 1999 will be a year of, "
Restoration and Revival".
God will restore that which was taken away if we will
keep moving with His Word, and we shall see revival as
we reach out to others with His Word.
"Thank you God for being such a wonderful, loving,
and compassionate Father.
Thank you for the mercy, grace, and peace you have given
unto us through our Lord Jesus Christ. And we thank you
Father, for our sweet fellowship with You and for giving
us a loving Family and Household to be a part of.
In the name of Jesus Christ, bless Your people throughout
this new year of 1999, that we may all prosper and be
in health, even as our soul prospereth. AMEN"
