Dear Christian Believers,
Grace be unto you and peace
from God our Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ. Holiday
Greetings to you and God bless your beautiful hearts through
Christ.
Last month we had a Leadership
Conference and I believe it was one of the best, because
we were able to discuss some very important topics that
are necessary if we are going to be good and faithful
ministers of our Lord Jesus Christ. Forty-four leaders
attended the conference plus one other by phone hook-up
that had the ability to communicate with one another during
the meetings. There were four countries represented, (Venezuela;
India; Togo, Africa; and the United States) plus twelve
States, (Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, North Carolina,
New Jersey, Michigan, Missouri, Texas, Florida, South
Carolina, Illinois, and Colorado). I'm thankful for their
effort to be here and their meekness and love to share
in these meetings. I want to give a special thanks to
Mary Lou, for her love and support in service by hosting
our international brothers and sister, for twenty two
days during their visit. Another big thank you to Nancy
for all the extra work she did to make our guests welcome
and taking care by setting up their housing and arranging
our meals. Thank you Wilfred and Lene Bruns for housing
two of our guests and doing airport runs for arrivals
and drop-offs for departures. Also thanks to all that
helped our staff in any way thoughout the conference to
make it a successful, and profitable time together. Before
the Conference Juan and Leilian Cabrera taught and taped
Wayne 's “Book of Ruth,” and my booklet
titled, “Compassion” into Spanish to
share with the Spanish speaking nations. Sangat Bains
of India taught and taped eleven hours on the impartation
manifestations, “Faith, Working of Miracles, and
Gifts of Healings,” and five hours on the topic
of “Tithes, Offerings, and Joyful Giving.”
After the Leadership Conference Godwin Alomassor of Togo,
taught and taped our Biblical Series, “Living
In God's Power,” (thirty hours) and my booklet
titled, “Compassion,” into the French
language for all the French speaking nations. That is
a total of fifty-seven hours of teaching plus the hours
of editing, and copying so they can take home the finished
product. We also have no small appreciation for Dan Helton
and his marathon of love and labor in being able to do
all the audio work needed to complete these projects.
And last but not least I want to thank my side kick and
fellow-labourer in the Lord, Wayne Clapp and the trustees
for standing faithfully with me as we launched into these
taping projects plus the important topics discussed during
the leadership conference.
Well, the holiday season
has definitely arrived and people are buzzing with excitement.
Perhaps this is the year they will get that special gift
they've always wanted. I'll bet if they do, they'll be
spreading the news to others, giving the details involving
HOW they received their gift and WHO gave it to them.
What about the GIFT that GOD has given to us, eternal
life through His Son the Lord Jesus Christ. I just spent
the whole first part of this letter giving thanks to people
that have given the precious gift of their Life and Time
to bless others. Their Lives and Time are very special
, that's why it was important for me to tell others how
much I appreciate their lives and service. I have made
it known in this newsletter that goes out to everyone
on our address list. I wanted to show my thankfulness
to them by giving them praise. So it is with GOD, we should
give our thankfulness and praise to Him by telling others
what HE has done for us. The night Jesus was born, an
angel appeared unto the shepherds in the field and announced
the birth of Jesus. They were told where to find the baby
Jesus and they went, they acted on the revelation of God
that was given. It says in Luke 2:17
that after they had seen the baby Jesus, just as was told
to them by the angels, they made known abroad the saying
which was told to them by the angel. Look what it says
in ...
Luke 2:20;
AND the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising
GOD FOR ALL THE THINGS THAT THEY HAD HEARD AND SEEN,
AS IT WAS TOLD OF THEM.
In John 3:16 it says
that “For God so loved the world that He gave
his only begotten Son ...“
Through God's Son we have been given the gift of eternal
life, we've been given God's gift of holy spirit.
What a great time of the year for all of us make known
our thankfulness and praise to God by sharing the details
of His gift to all that believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
