Our Lord and Savior.
I want to thank the leadership and believers
in Charleston, West Virginia, and in Augusta, Georgia
for their gracious hospitality last month for Wayne, Tonia,
the Fellow Laborers, and myself during our Weekends
In The Word in their States.
learning is exciting and should be a continuous
journey of adventure. School is never out or over, because
in life there are always new challenges to face, and journeys
to take. Learning to know and understand GOD and HIS Word
requires what we read in Luke chapter 11.
Luke 11:9-10
(reading from the Amplified Bible)
So I say to you, Ask and keep on asking and it shall
be given you; seek and keep on seeking and you shall
find; knock and keep on knocking and the door shall
be opened to you.
10For everyone who asks
and keeps on asking receives; and he who seeks and keeps
on seeking finds; and to him who knocks and keeps on
knocking, the door shall be opened.
What tremendous promises
are in these two verses. They are also great keys to learning.
Ask and keep asking, seek and keep on seeking, And knock
and keep on knocking. Then GOD promises us that we shall
receive answers to our questions, we shall find what we
are seeking, and doors shall be opened unto us. When we
quit asking, seeking and knocking, then we have stopped
learning.
Wayne and I have been blessed this year having
the Fellow laborers. We have all learned much this year,
and because of it, we'll be better prepared for next year
whether the Fellow laborers stick around for more training
next year or move on with our lives. Kevin Guigou will
be here next year to help us with the training of the
2007-08 Fellow laborers, also we'll have a few of our
Fellow laborers that are staying for more training. They'll
be helping with the new Fellow laborers coming in September.
If you believe GOD has called you to become a leader,
or minister of GOD's people. If you want to receive training
to coordinate a Church in your home, if you are considering
being a Fellow laborer in September of 2007, please contact
us and we will send you an application. Once we receive
your returned application we will set up a live interview
with you to answer your questions and ours. We will do
these interviews sometime in June, July and the first
part of August.
Last night I went to share
at a home fellowship that is part of a local Church of
5000 members. I knew the couple that lead the fellowship,
in fact I performed there marriage 25 years ago. Mary
Lou and I were invited to their anniversary celebration,
and while there they asked questions about CFFM and what
we are doing. I immediately began sharing with them how
GOD had been working within us to do HIS will and good
pleasure. They were excited about what I shared and invited
me to speak at their fellowship. I went a week later.
I only covered about 10 verses, but exhorted and encouraged
them to use what GOD had given them as a believer. GOD
has equipped us with the ability to manifest and HIS power
in our lives. We are all special, not because of our doing,
but because of the completed works of Jesus Christ and
out belief in him. All but one of the believers at that
fellowship speak in tongues, but most of them had just
recently started, and are realizing that there are eight
more manifestations talked about in the bible. I gave
them the works last night on healing and deliverance.
I shared some testimonies of GOD's deliverance of people,
and that it's GOD's will for man and women to be healed
and delivered. I shared with them how Jesus many times
said to those who were healed "Thy faith hath
made thee whole," and they walked away healed.
I told them GOD has done HIS part, now we must do ours.
GOD is not a respecter of persons, but HE is of conditions,
and that condition is that we must "believe"
to be healed. I shared with them Romans 10:17,
that "faith cometh" by hearing the
Word of GOD, and it's always important for us to hear
the Word of GOD. They were thrilled. One person said,
"I've not heard the Word of GOD shared like this
for a long time." I explained to him that when the
Word of GOD is living and real to you, then you will speak
the Word with authority, and demonstrate it's power. Folks,
we've got great news to share with people... SOoooo, why
not get out there and share it. We live in a confusing,
dark world, and the god of this world keeps getting bolder
every day, Isn't it time for you to exercise the boldness
we have in Christ to speak with authority.
